Return Policy
Introduction
At Sassy Club, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
Non-Perishable Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for non-perishable items such as decorations, party supplies, and gifts, provided they are unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable items such as fresh flowers or edible gifts, these cannot be returned.
Customized Items: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sassyclubltd@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refund and Cencellation: If a customer decides to cancel their order, the 20% advance payment will not be refunded. However, the advance payment will be retained as a balance and can be used towards a future order. This balance is valid for a period of one year from the original order date. After one year, the balance will expire and will no longer be available for use.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sassyclubltd@gmail.com or +44 7491302960 . We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide your order number and a video of the damaged or defective item.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled without any penalty if the request is made before the item has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sassyclubltd@gmail.com or +44 7491302960
If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Event Planning Services Cancellation
More Than 30 Days Before Event: If you cancel your event planning services more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or fees paid.
30 Days or Less Before Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. If significant expenses have been incurred on your behalf (e.g., venue bookings, supplies purchased), these costs will also be deducted from your refund.
Day of Event: Cancellations made on the day of the event are not eligible for a refund.

2. Provide Details: Include your order number or event details in the cancellation request.
3. Confirmation: We will confirm your cancellation via email or phone and process any applicable refunds.

If you need to make changes to an existing order or event planning service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that changes may not always be possible, especially if the order has already been processed or the event date is near.
