  • Cost: Free for orders over £50. A flat rate of £5 for orders under £50.
  • Service Area: Available nationwide.
  • Timeframe: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Cost: £15 for all orders.
  • Service Area: Available nationwide.
  • Timeframe: Delivered on the same day for orders placed before 12 PM local time.
  • Cost: £25 for all orders.
  • Service Area: Available in select cities.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer. We will notify you of any delays.
  • Packaging: All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund.
Currently, we do not offer international delivery. We are working on expanding our services and hope to offer international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates!
