Sassy Club offers a range of gifting services including gifts for men, women, parents, and children, as well as event planning services for birthdays, balloon decorations, themed parties, and more.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You also agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
To secure a booking, customers are required to make an advance payment of 20% of the total order value.
This advance payment is non-refundable.
We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the type of product ordered. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Please note that certain products may be subject to specific return policies, and some items may not be eligible for return or refund.
If a customer decides to cancel their order, the 20% advance payment will not be refund.
However, the advance payment will be retained as a balance and can be used towards a future order.
This balance is valid for a period of one year from the original order date. After one year, the balance will expire and will no longer be available for use.
All content on Sassy Club, including text, images, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Sassy Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.
In no event shall Sassy Club, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or the services offered herein, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
